Sorry BAMF!I cant bring myself to see "Hannibal"-"Silence of the Lambs" has been one of my favorite movies sinse it first came out in theaters 10+ years ago.For one thing Jodie Foster is not in it and I dont think I can bare to listen to Julianne Moores attempt at trying to exactly duplicate Jodie Fosters twang.It just seems like a regular horror flick now as apposed to the brilliant psychological drama the original was.Perhaps I am being anal,but thats how I feel. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif

I will be with my friend who lives in New Orleans and her friend that knows the Quarter pretty well. I hope there will be a big group of us; that'd be fun! I've been warned MANY times about the debauchery during Mardi Gras. I've gotten plenty of, "Do you know what GOES ON down there?!?" However, my mom is estatic that I'm going. Go figure! DRAGS I was really apprehensive about seeing Hannibal for EXACTLY the same reasons!
(Although I am a big fan of both Jody and Julienne) I didnt wanna ruin how great the first one was in my mind by seeing a sub-par sequel!
After seeing it though, I have to say that I was very surprised...!
(Dont wanna say too much more for fear of spoiling it for any Elficionados who havent seen it!)

Is that not a cute movie? One of my best friends and I always go to see Disney cartoon movies...and yes, we are normally the only college-aged kids in the theater, but so what? Did ya know that Sting *drool* wrote a few songs for that movie? Guess who bought the soundtrack as soon as it hit the stores?
